What You Need to Register with TH39
TH39 registration requires minimal information. No documents are needed to sign up – just a few basic details you already know. However, to process your first withdrawal (or when cumulative withdrawals exceed RM10,000), you will need to complete identity verification (KYC) by providing a copy of your MyKad and proof of payment method.
Basic Eligibility Requirements
- Malaysian citizen or resident aged 18 and above
- An active, valid Malaysian phone number (for OTP during login)
- An active email address for account verification and TH39 communications
- Personal information must be accurate and match your official identification document
- One TH39 account per individual only – multiple accounts are not permitted
Th39 Account Security Tips
Once your account is open, take a few important steps to keep it secure long-term:
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account settings – this is the single most effective extra layer of protection available
- Use a unique password for your th39 account — do not reuse the same password as your banking or email account
- Never share your login credentials with anyone, including individuals claiming to be TH39 staff

- Log out of your account when using a shared device or in a public area
